I feel like a lot of agents work so hard on just “getting the listing” and wait for the internet to do its thing but not Kelly. She started marketing and calling weeks before we listed. She had potential buyers and LOTS of other agents coming through the door weeks and days before we went live. That created so much buzz that when we actually listed, we had lots of people who were waiting to see the house. It creates a sense of urgency in buyers. She also had amazing stagers and the BEST pictures of our house. At the end of the day, we sold our house in this high-interest-rate market for the price we wanted.
