Mark and Caroline moved to Atlanta and quickly fell in love with what Atlanta had to offer, leading them to decide on planting deeper roots here and buying their first home together.
Mark is from Northern New Jersey and Caroline is from Middle Tennessee. We met as freshmen at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, and we got married several years later. After starting our careers in Washington, D.C., we felt called to relocate to Atlanta in August 2021. We love spending time with our black English Labrador Retriever named Olive. We are self-pronounced foodies and love trying out new restaurants in Atlanta's amazing dining scene! We also enjoy hiking and playing tennis together.
After living in Atlanta for several months, we fell in love with the city and quickly realized we wanted to plant deeper roots here. Without hesitation, we decided to start searching for our first home.

The reviews were stellar, the sales records were impressive, and the staff were extraordinarily attentive. We participated in interviews with several realtors at different firms, and to say we were impressed with Angie would be an understatement. How quickly we had to act! The timeline of the process was very compressed (toured our home Saturday, put in our offer Sunday, agreed to the purchase on Monday, and closed 16 days later). However, we understand that was the nature of the market, and we have no regrets on our decision.
