There are currently only 1,221 homes available for sale. That’s down 28% from last year.

The average sales price in Cobb county is $428,725. That’s up 16% from last year and up 3% from last month.
Homes are on the market for an average of 16 days, which is 10 days faster than last year.
Cobb county buyers are paying an average of 101.2% of asking price. That’s up 2% from last year.
