According to Gary Keller, co-found of Keller Williams, we're on the brink of a shift in the market. "Inventory is increasing slightly but homes aren't selling as fast. We've been in a seller's market for 2 years, demand is VERY strong, but inventory isn't there."
What does this tell us? There is still a large pool of qualified, pre-approved buyers looking to purchase their first home, looking to upsize or looking to start investing and we need to find properties for these buyers!
