Today’s message is all about the metro Atlanta market stats for 2019. Where did we end up?

The number of sales rose by 4% between 2018 and 2019, which is wonderful. There is pent-up buyer demand, and that was more satisfied in 2019 than in previous years. The average sale price went up by 4% as well, which is exactly where we want it to be. Metro Atlanta is in a seller’s market up to the million-dollar price point, which is when it becomes a buyer’s market. Since each area can have its own micro-market, it’s crucial to find a Realtor who can educate you about your specific area.

We at Kelly + Co target and specialize in helping you place your home correctly inside your micro-market to sell its best, no matter if it’s a seller’s or buyer’s market. If you’re considering selling in 2020, give us a call or send us an email. Also, contact us if you have any questions. We would love to help you!
